Buffalo® PPL Flooring

An innovative flooring material that offers substantial weight-saving for LCVs and ULEVs ATP’s Buffalo® PPL Floor has been especially developed so that it not only saves weight but can be easily bonded to the van floor substrate, as opposed to having to drill through the panels into the floor system and use mechanical fixings.

Being able to quickly bond the floor can save time too and is much safer than drilling into a floor which contains battery packs below.

Buffalo® PPL Floor is available with a standard texture. For applications that require a high slip resistance rating we offer Buffalo® PPL X GRIP which has an additional abrasive coating.

Properties

Substantial weight-saving as light-weight, easy to cut and CNC Machine, washable, rot and splinter proof. 100% Re-cycable. Can be bonded to metal substrate (van floors) with 3M adhesive tapes – suitable for ULEV’s where mechanical fixings are not possible.
