Flooring for Transport
· Buffalo Range : 220g Buffalo Board, Buffalo 174g grey mesh and the tough 6K Buffalo Board - Birch throughout plywood faced on one side with a large brown mesh pattern phenolic film face, smooth panel reverse. Exterior WBP. Edges sealed.
o Available as 6K wear resistant overlay and 220, 174gm/m² surface coating respectively
o Wide range of thicknesses and sizes available
o Suitable for vehicle flooring, lorry decks, access and loading platforms, trailers and warehouse floors
· Rhomb Heavy - Birch throughout plywood with a new improved phenolic overlay designed to improve surface wear. Exterior WBP. Edges Sealed.
o Available in 350gm/m² surface coating
o Wide range of thicknesses and sizes available
o Suitable for vehicle flooring where high load bearing is likely to occur, loading platforms and warehouse flooring and ship decks
· Hexafloor Grip - Birch throughout plywood faced on one side with a hexagonal phenolic film with a textured surface face side, smooth phenol reverse. Exterior WBP. Edges sealed.
o Available in 240gm/m ² surface coating in brown, black an grey.

o Suitable for vehicle flooring, storage / factory floors and loading platforms, trailers and flight/equipment cases
· Futura - White Polypropylene overlay on Birch Plywood - edges sealed
o Colours :- White / balancer for door blanks - other colours available include red, green, blue and yellow - which is used for playground equipment
o Thicknesses: 12 and 18mm
o Sizes: 1220 x 2440 / 2745 / 3050mm and 1525 x 3050mm

· Kopla Deck - Beech plywood with a min 167g/m ² mesh pattern phenolic film face, smooth phenol reverse. Exterior WBP. Edges sealed.
o Available in 167 gm/m² surface coating – heavier overlays available
o Wide range of thicknesses and sizes available
o Beech plywood is significantly harder than birch, so Kopla Deck is suitable for applications where heavy use and impact are required.
o Used for heavy duty truck flooring
ATP also supply pre-machined, ready-to-fit van linings – Van Shield Options - with the fittings and sealant all provided. There are three options:
· Van Shield Standard Option – uses a standard plywood for floors, linings and wheel boxes.
· Van Shield Classic Option – is machined using dark brown slip-resistant mesh pattern phenol plywood on the floor and standard plywood for the lining and wheel boxes.
· Van Shield Custom Option – is machined to specification. Flooring panels are available in dark brown mesh or hexagonal patterns in either dark brown or grey. Lining panels are available in white or grey for a cleaner and lighter interior.
